CME Group基於保護交易人，避免客戶因為市場劇烈波動或市場流動性不足以致成交極端不合理之價位，對於Globex平台交易的市價單(Market)或停損單(Stop)，作出一些保護措施，執行價位區間以 " Non-Reviewable Range "的50%為限，若有異動，以交易所為準，詳細說明如下:

 

A. Non-Reviewable Range:

CME共享之電子交易平台GLOBEX設有交易監控中心 GLOBEX Control Center ( 簡稱GCC ) ，對於人為或非人為之「不合理價格」及「錯誤」有權做立即處理。

GCC發現有異常交易情况發生时，首先會參考各合约之 「Non-Reviewable Range」( 即各合约最小滑價單位，見CME Rulebook588.K. http://www.cmegroup.com/rulebook/CBOT/I/5/5.pdf ) & http://www.cmegroup.com/globex/files/PriceBanding.pdf

如超過該合約之Non-Reviewable Range，GCC將斟酌當時相關市場情况、買賣雙方操作過程、及交易平台狀況等各項因素，立即審議交易是否符合「調價與除錯」機制。 如審議结果符合其「調價與除錯」機制，GCC 將立即對於其結算系统(Clearing System)對買賣雙方做相關處理並發送 E-mail Message 通知结算商(上手經紀商)相關作業人員,移除不合理的成交。

 

B. Protection Points:

CME Group基於保護交易人 , 針對在Globex平台交易的MARKET 和 STOP單，作出一些保護措施，執行價位區間以 "Non-Reviewable Range" 的50%為限，舉例如下 :

 

1.  Market with Protection ( 保護市價單 ) :

有別於傳統的市價單，CME Globex 接受市價委託是以 " Market with Protection "來執行，以避免客戶成交極端價格的風險。

舉例: Buy 1 M EC Market.

EC的 "Non-Reviewable Range"為40 ticks , 40 X 50% = 20 ticks。若現在市場的最好賣價 13500，此筆市價單進入交易所的委託價將為13520(13500+20)，但若遇市價波動劇烈，價位穿過13520，導致無法成交,此筆委託單將以 Buy 1 M EC 13520 掛著委託。

 

2.  Stop with Protection( 保護停損單 ):

有別於傳統的停損單, CME Globex 接受停損委託是以 " Stop with Protection "來執行，以避免客戶成交極端價格的風險。

舉例 : Sell 1 M BP 14710 Stop

BP 的 "Protection Points "為20 ticks ，若現在市場價格觸及14710而被執行,此筆停損委託單進入交易所的委託價將為14690 (14710-20) 但若遇市價波動劇烈，價位穿過14690 ，導致無法成交，此筆單將以 S 1 M BP 14690掛著委託。

 

C. Price Banding:

各商品以當時市場參考價Banding Reference Price (BRP) 加上 / 減去 價格波段變化數Price Band Variation (PBV) 後產生價格帶範圍Price Band Variation Range (PBVR)。 限價買單不可高於 PBVR、限價空單不可低於 PBVR。而停損限價委託之觸發價與限價間相差不可大於RBV。

舉例 : JY 之PBV 為60，目前參考價 9606，即價格帶範圍為9546 ~ 9666，則:

限價賣單 最低9546、限價買單最高 9666，觸發價與限價間相差不可大於60。

*當因市場條件而決定更寬的價格範圍 (例如，在價格波動迅速的波動市場)，CME Group可能選擇暫時放寬或暫停價格區間限制。
